Had a good experience with tech support. They seemed to know what the issue was right away, maybe they’d seen the same problem a bunch of times before, and got it fixed quickly. No complaints from me...

It does the job, but I noticed the tabletop isn’t perfectly flat. Not a huge issue for everyday use, but I’d be a little cautious putting anything fragile or easily spilled on it without checking the surface first.

I ended up buying from sawstop.com mostly because I kept seeing other people mention how solid the fence was, and that was a big deal for me. I wanted something I didn’t have to second-guess every time I moved it, and so far this one locks down square and stays put without drifting.
The cuts have been really consistent, basically the same width each time without a bunch of extra fiddling. Setup took a little patience, which seems to be what a lot of folks say too, but once I got it dialed in it’s been really easy to use. Definitely happy with it.

I ordered a few add-ons for my SawStop and, yeah, they ended up fitting well. It took me a minute to double-check the compatibility and make sure I had the right stuff, but... no real issues once everything arrived

The saw works fine, I just expected the fit and finish to be a little better for the price. A few edges and panels didn’t line up as cleanly as I hoped, but overall it still does the job.

And yeah, it’s not the cheapest option out there, but for me it ended up being worth the money...

I’ve been using my SawStop for a few months now, and the cuts have been dead on pretty much every time. The fence stays square, so I’m not constantly fiddling with it or second-guessing measurements, which is a relief. I made a batch of repeat cuts the other weekend while half-listening to a baseball game in the garage, and it was way less annoying than it used to be. Also, completely unrelated, but I need to stop leaving coffee cups on every flat surface in there. Anyway, the saw just does what I hoped it would do, and that’s kind of the best compliment I can give it.

The saws themselves are solid and I don’t really have complaints about the quality. What bugs me is the pricing. It feels like there are little policy loopholes that let the price change or stack up in ways that don’t seem fair to the customer. I’d be a lot happier if the pricing was more straightforward.

The box showed up dented, which was disappointing. They did end up fixing the issue, but it really took a while to get everything sorted out.

I’m really happy with this saw so far. It runs smoothly, and the vibration is a lot less noticeable than it was with my old one. It’s still a saw, so it’s not silent, but the noise is surprisingly manageable and doesn’t get on my nerves. it’s been such a relief to use something that feels this comfortable.

I hooked it up to my vac and, i wasn’t totally sure what to expect, but it did a really good job. There was barely any sawdust left around when I was done...
